About Us
Abnormally funny comedy troupe bringing sketch to the unwashed masses.
Dad Skeleton is a freak-inspired sketch team from the minds of Paige Chadwick and Jacob Rozansky. We like to take ridiculously bizarre concepts, pair them with serious characters, and riddle them with rapid fire jokes. Our shows have blood, songs, puppets, Tommy gun sound effects, and huge, fake butts.
We believe in taking comedy very seriously. From idea generation to drafting to rehearsals, we don’t have fun. We have results. We don’t “get silly,” we get angry. And we don’t laugh. We smirk as we gaze across our kingdom. Just kidding, it’s not that deep but we do give sketch comedy our all! Our mission is to establish the San Diego sketch scene as a propulsive, exciting, and collaborative community where people can get involved and have fun while also challenging themselves to try new roles.
Jacob and Paige co-founded Dad Skeleton. Vincent writes. Blue runs tech and serves as prop master. Together, we build shows around characters, stage pictures, costumes, music, and a dangerous number of props.
